After spending time as an intern on the Hill and working for several years as a national event planner, producer and content developer, Colleen E. O’Rourke has recently joined the Vox|Optima team. Although new to Navy lingo and well, the workings of the Navy in general, she is quickly learning by serving as Vox|Optima’s Communications Assistant at NAVSEA. With a strong background in project and office management, if you want something quickly organized or color coordinated, Colleen is your go to girl!
