Say hello to our newest teammate, Morgan Over (yes, that’s her real name). Though she comes to our team as only the second employee who has never been in the Navy, she has spent enough time working on advanced projects at picky places like the U.S. Naval Academy that, well, she fits right in with our crowd. We believe she has completed a lot of Continuing Education Units toward her USN certification … She’s perky in the morning without coffee, which is always a pain for some of us, and represents the demographic coveted by marketers everywhere — under 30, female, and finally well paid. Morgan was our first-ever Unpaid Intern and raised that bar to stratospheric new heights. She was worth 10 times what we were paying her, so after a while it seemed only fair to, y’know, start paying her. Being a California native, Morgan says she loves Mexican food. She graduated cum laude from Marymount and resided on the Dean’s List three years running. Her training and array of skills include being our VOCUS guru, writing, layout and design, and whatever else we throw at her. She was the intern, after all. She and her husband, a Navy officer, reside wherever Uncle Sam tells them to.
