Morgan Over (yes, that's her real name) comes to our team as only the second employee who has never been in the Navy. She has spent enough time working on advanced projects at picky places like the U.S. Naval Academy that, well, she fits right in with the crowd. We believe she has completed a lot of Continuing Education Units toward her USN certification. She is perky in the morning without coffee and represents the demographic coveted by marketers everywhere — under 30, female, and finally well paid. Morgan was our first-ever Unpaid Intern and raised that bar to stratospheric new heights. She was worth 10 times what we were paying her, so after a while it seemed only fair to, y'know, start paying her. Morgan is a California native but tends to be where the action is. You can find her in Virginia, Guam and the Gulf Coast Region. She graduated cum laude from Marymount University and resided on the Dean's List for the time she was there. She was also colleagues with Vox|Optima's newest employee, Colleen O'Rourke. Her training and array of skills include writing, layout and design, digital signage, and whatever else we throw at her. She was the intern, after all. She and her husband reside in the Gulf Coast Region.
